All your answers to frequently asked questions about our event.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will be on sale as soon as possible - our team are working with SeeTickets to provide the easiest access to tickets. You can also buy tickets on the day of the event at the venue itself, but it'll be cheaper to buy tickets online. We'll only be selling one type of ticket which is general admission - so if you want a good spot, you're better arriving early!

Tickets are digital so will need to be scanned on a mobile device. We will also be giving out physical souvenir tickets at the event, along with a wristband - so make sure to tag us in a photo!

Are there any age restrictions?

Currently, there are no age restrictions in place for our events. We welcome people of all ages, but we would advise that children under 13 are accompanied by an adult. Whilst this is not absolutely essential, it would be sensible. If you're planning on buying alcoholic drinks at the bar, please remember to bring a valid form of physical ID, as everyone will be asked for this when buying alcohol. We prioritise protecting everyone's safety at our events.

Can I bring a bag?

You're more than welcome to bring a bag into the event, but both event and venue staff reserve the right to search any bags if they think you may be carrying something prohibited. Please be aware that neither Impacked or venue staff are responsible for any lost or damaged items at the event. It is your responsibility to take care of your own items.

Can my ticket be refunded?

We use SeeTickets to promote our event. Their policy is that all tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. Any refund requests should be taken up with SeeTickets and not with Impacked.

How will I know when to get there?

We post most of our scheduling on our Instagram page - such as act times, doors, curfew and any extra information. We are currently working on our mailing list, so signing up to that will provide you with any information regarding times, setup and contact information.
